WordPress

We’re growing. Here’s what you can expect from us in the next year.

The last couple of years have seen a real expansion in our WordPress development business and we have been growing in a strong upward curve which has been a fantastic journey. To continue this positive trend we have set some ambitious goals to expand, grow and optimise what we do.

WordPress now powers over 27% of all websites and this figure is only getting higher. The need for high-quality WordPress developers is getting as important as ever as with the growth in WordPress, there has become a real race to the bottom with prices and quality of work of freelancers. We have seen this in the premium WordPress themes market, where all signing and dancing themes are sold at rock bottom prices with poor quality coding everywhere.

What this means for WP Agency is that we are focusing more on complex, enterprise level, WordPress websites for higher budgets. Yes, we will still be doing smaller projects to the same high standards as our enterprise clients get, its just we will be focusing more of our attention on larger projects. Having completed WordPress sites for 2 multi-national banks, the Phantom of the Opera and Andrew Lloyd Webber over the last 18 months we feel we are an ideal WordPress development partner for any creative agency that has large clients that require WordPress to be used.

Here is what we will continually do:

  • Fine tune our coding standards to make sure every line of code is as good as it gets
  • Optimise our communication so it’s the best in our sector
  • Employ the best quality WordPress developers to work on projects
  • Have a never ending focus on improving our standards
  • Make working with WP Agency the best experience for all clients
  • Be customer service driven in everything we do

We are also launching a second arm to the business focusing on full WordPress design, development, copywriting and site management. This side of the business will be primarily aimed at the SME market and harnesses some of the amazing design and copywriting contacts we have racked up whilst working with creative agencies. We are super excited about this as we haven’t done any direct client work in nearly 5 years. The new site will be launched within the month so look out for the blog post announcement.

2017 will be an exciting year for WP Agency and we have set some pretty big goals.
