Matt completes half marathon for BHF

For the second time in 4 years, Matt has completed the Warwick half marathon for the British Heart Foundation.

He completed the race in 1 hour 47 minutes and 30 seconds which was over 7 minutes faster than last time.

“I was in considerably better shape than last time i did the race and we could have run faster as i had plenty left in the tank at the end. Really enjoyed it, the crowds were amazing and I was able to raise some money at the same time”
